Body focussed approaches (not necessarily using touch), in line with cutting-edge developments in the trauma field. Such approaches appreciate that our bodies contain and ‘hold’ our brightest light and our deepest shadows, the joy and the traumas, the physical and psychic imprints of our experiences and our truest potential. Eco Psychology / Earth-Based Practices
Modalities, drawing on approaches used for thousands of years across the globe, likely by our own ancestors, in connection with the Earth, and greater forces in the Universe and our own spiritual life.
These approaches are now researched within a modern scientific framework, and rising in popularity as we begin to recognise the damage our societal separation from nature and our selves has had on us as individuals and communities. Such an approach might include supporting you to develop a meditation or Mindfulness practice or spiritual practices or rituals, associated with your own beliefs.
